I just got my british reg. put together and primed. As soon as I get my metal continental perry figs painted (half done now),I'll start painting them. I'm going with 16 figs per regiment 4 per stand.
I just recieved the plastic ones in the mail.
Your figs. look good. The lace on the hats is difficult to do. I paint the white on a base color of black(dark umber). Then go back and paint another layer of black to touch up and make the white lace a bit thinner.
Your baseing is guite good also. I decided to use magnetic bases mainly so I can vary the americans look depending on the year. Good work and keep going.

Gunfreak -- I don't know how you do it! Every few days I look, and see yet again more painted figures you've completed!

You seem able to complete more painting in two weeks than do I all year long!

Congratulations on your completed plastic Perry British infantry.

I have some of their metal AWI figures, and some of their earlier Wargames Foundry British AWI figures. These new plastic figures look terrific!
