I´ve posted various pics comparing the size of Copplestone Castings trolls and Splintered Light Miniatures armored ogres.

I think CC trolls could be used as 15mm trolls. Also, I will use SLM armored ogres as 10mm trolls.

Cheers!

Thanks for the comparison shots – it's hard to work out the actual size of some of these monsters, especially when comparing them across scales.

Hetairoi, I saw on your blog post that you like the McBride trolls -- our 15mm trolls were closely inspired by that cool painting:

"Size matters not!"--- Yoda

Nice trolls, Khurasan. How do they compare to the Copplestones in size?

And thanks for the pics, Hetairoi.

By the way, I observed that the text of the novels could suggest that the Mordor trolls might be smaller than their Moria cousins. Sacrificing size for intelligence, as it were. After all, Pippin kills one by himself!

Khurasan,

Can we get some? When do you expect to finish your maintenance?

Khurasan: I love you LOTR range (and many others, sadly is too much postage to spain…), but I thik your trolls may be too big for 10mm… (or maybe not)

Parzival: interesting reflection!

Fantastic. Thanks for the pics. Just what I needed. All inspired to start a fantasy project now. I am going to use some clay to make small doors for my 28mm dungeon and re-use it for 15mm. Jon the trolls are amazing.

From what I remember Khurasan P&P to Spain is very reasonable. Has this changed lately?
Lovely trolls BTW, best in market IMHO. A pity I quit 15mm.
