I have another question in regards to 15mm or 1/100 "civilian", "character" or "non-combatant" figures.

In addition to looking for a (hopefully) pre-painted "winter" crowd, I'm probably going to need a few specific "characters" to represent particular individuals, like the regional governor, the charismatic rebel leader, various politicians, leaders of industry, the upstairs maid, poorly armed resistance fighters and such.

I'm looking for generally unarmed or lightly armed civilian characters, preferably in winter garb, hopefully with a sci fi theme or look. Not necessarily just "hot babes with big guns" or sci fi summer civs in shirtsleeves, but hopefully some settlers and some stuffed shirts in overcoats, parkas, and similar seasonal dress.

Could be unpainted, although I don't want to paint dozens of civilians. Something like Khurasan's Unarmed Antarctic Settlers would be a good start for resistance fighters or an angry mob. Any other ranges or codes you can think of?

Splintered Light link link Their post apocalyptic and Pulp ranges may also contain useful figures for your purposes. link

Peter Pig have civilian and character packs in many of their ranges. Their AK47 range is particularly useful link They also have a 'separate heads' range if you want eg wolf headed troopers peterpig.co.uk/range6.htm (ooh, new lizard heads, David Icke will be so happy!)

The Scene thesceneuk.com have post-apoc and corporate type figures.

15mm co.uk & their offshoot 'The Ion Age' have a lot of stuff in their various ranges 15mm.co.uk/index.html

Most 15mm manufacturers have a scattering of useful figures, often hidden in 'historical' ranges. It can get very addictive browsing for such gems.
