I got the base game and the first Walk of the Dead set, LOVE the models and have yet to play the game. Since I more or less collect zombie minis to use in other games I had a question. Does the Walk of the Dead 2 set come with the same zombies from the first? I know it has the special figures for that box, but I was wondering about the rest. And if anyone had pictures that would be awesome! Thanks! |

The Walk of the Dead 2 sculpts are different from the #1 set. #2 sculpts are the same sculpts as the gray zombies from the Prison Outbreak base game. Set #2 also comes with a different set of activation cards. Something you might have noticed with your #1 set is that activation cards are all walkers; fans call this set the "Romero deck," since it emulates a George Romero movie. Edit: Just wanted to add that, yes, I love these figures, too. I use my zombies for more than just Zombicide (mostly All Things Zombie.) |

Thanks very much! And thanks for the picture! I thought I looked high and low for pictures, but I guess I didnt do it good enough. How is ATZ? I'm tempted by it. Even though I did just buy into Zed or Alive, one can never have to many different zombie rule sets. |

ATZ takes a little to get used to (if you've never played a rules set by Two Hour Wargames,) but once you get it, it's one of the best zombie games out there. You can download the Chain Reaction 3 rules (for free) from the Two Hour Wargames site, if you want to see how ATZ's rule mechanics play out. The BGG entry can give its description better justice than I could: link I also backed Zed or Alive. Can never have too many zombie rule sets :) |

The Zombicide game is tough. Expect to lose about 60% of the time especially if you add Beserkers and Toxic Zombies. But its a great game. The best number to play with is 3 as you get 2 characters each with 4 players you only get 1 character each. I bought all the figures separate and use them for tabletop gaming and they painted up great. |
