I think 1/48th looks the right size because most gaming minis are bulky and tall. With 1/48th scale vehicles they look like the minis will fit in them where most 1/56 look to small. Just my out look on it. |

I have the Imprint/Empress Bradley, Abrams and LAV which are all AMAZING models. They are pretty pricey, espically if you want to have a few, but they do look beautiful next to Empress or Eurka minis. I know Maisto or one of those companies did come out with a 1/43rd/1/48th humvee which you can find time to time on eBay for five or so bucks. If you search The Hulk Humvee or Spiderman(I think thats the other), just check to make sure its the larger scale ones and not the small kind. There is another company that makes one that has an openning top hatch which is what I got a bunch of. I'll find out the brand and post it. |
