In the continental US preferred.
Who is the best?
Who is the best in value?
Mostly for Napoleonic/black powder-Horse era battles- roads and rivers etc.

I am looking for recommendations and links.
Thank you
MG

Perhaps you could be a little more specific? Scale, for instance.

I make roads and rivers en mass and have often thought of selling some. If you are interested in seeing some photos or getting a sample drop me a line:

Fraid I can't give a recommendation for where to buy in general though, I make all my own stuff.

Cheers,

The Bandit

Ok -It could make a difference here…
The scale would be 15mm or perhaps use 10mm for 15mm could work best.

"Mendingwall" makes some nice 15mm fences and stone walls.

Also, check ebay, often you can find ready terrain that other gamers are parting with so they can get cash for their new periods.

Those Mendingwall fences are beautiful!

Only a wargamer would call a fence beautiful!

marshalGreg: I would like to second what was said above. Battlefield Terrain has great stuff. I play 15mm and own a quite few pieces suitable for ACW which are the highlight of the table. They have expanded into European stuff suitable for Napoleonics also, I believe. Not cheap but definately worth the price IMHO. John Miller

ebay is a good bet. We have quite a lot of Hovels ACW 28mm buildings- great buildings and a very fair price ready-painted. Fences are not hard to make youself in a short period of time…even I cha do it to a nearly-adequate standard.

Wargamers' Terrain. Amazing products and phenomenal customer service. I worked in retail for 20 years and I am VERY picky when it come to customer service. Wargamers' Terrain goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. As Iron Marshal stated, the products come in excellent storage boxes. To top it all off, every piece is handmade and unique. Worth every penny.
