With 3mm and 6mm allowing 'grander' scale games than say its bigger brothers
How do use BUAs? Are they small areas dotted around on the table that provide cover? Are they the majority of the table and the games are urban battles on roads and between towering city blocks? Or are they something else? Michael. angelbarracks.co.uk |

When I set up a fight in a city, it is usually the majority of the table, with the fighting happening at street or median level between towers and large town blocks with yards in the middle. Otherwise, built-up areas are more like small villages or (in sci fi) outposts or colonies. |

As usual.. depends.. :-) For the Berekely FWC games we don't have enough buildings to do a full city on a 6by4 so usually the buildings are representational or a city edge. Other BUAs can be refineries, power plants, compounds, survey stations etc
City blocks are always useful though. |

I don't have enough building for a full table, so my BUAs are usually scattered about. More of, & more diverse, BUAs are my needs. |
