looking for bases to use for terrain projects, since I don't have a saw. I've found UK and Australian companies that make them, but none here in the US. thanks for any help!

Depends on what you are trying to do but I use a lot of the wood bits form like Hobby Lobby or Michaels kind of store.

Try cheap floor tile from Home Depot. Very cheap and you can cut them with tin snips or a good utility knife.

Second the hobby store. I get various bases for terrain from Michaels.
