Anyone know if they are on vacation or anything. I have emailed them twice starting 3+ weeks ago regarding a replacement part for one that was miss cast with no response. Again Emailed twice regarding an exhange 2+ weeks ago and placed an order 4/10/14. I have received no responses to any of my emails, nor a replacement part or the order in the mail to date. This is VERY UNLIKE GHQ. I usually have an email answer in a week to 10 days and orders in 4-5 days tops. Just wondering.

I had to chase them down once over an erroneous pack, I think their online form got an answer in an end.

Well last night I did get a shipping notice and response to my email regarding the miss cast piece. Still waiting to her back about the exchange I was looking to do.
