"Update on the magazine reviews" Topic

First off, apologies for a lack of reviews this last month. My computer has been in for repairs these last 2 weeks and coupled with the Easter school holidays my time for actual reviewing (and my ability to get it posted online) have been curtailed.

On a positive note, I recently had the pleasure of meeting both Guy Bowers and Henry Hyde. Both were very pleasant and generous with their time (especially Henry) and I now have a greater appreciation of what they do as editors. The reviews will continue, and I haven't sold out to "da man", but I will say that when joining in the discussions please remember that they are the editors and they can only print what is submitted.

It's likely that the reviews will skip the current issues and focus on the next ones but please keep the comments coming as they are appreciated.

It was a pleasure to chat to you if it was only briefly. I wish I had more time on the day. We've found your reviews and the comments made by other readers most useful. I hope you have time to review our WSS 72 issue (released at Salute, available early May in stores).
