TactiCon will run Thursday 28 August through Sunday 31 August 2014 at the Radisson (formerly Red Lion Hotel): Denver Southeast at 3200 South Parker Road in Aurora, CO.
I need games submitted by 6 June 2014. There is an online submission form for games at tinyurl.com/tc2014minisform that you can use to submit games. I can also send you a Word document or an rtf file if you prefer, but I would prefer that you use the online form if possible. As you'll see on the form, I need:
Name and contact information
Club or other affiliation, if any
Genre of the game
Rules
Setting or historical period
Figure scale
Scenario title
Description
Required player experience level
Whether or not rules will be taught
Whether or not figures are provided
Maximum number of players
Rank order preference for location of your game – I'll post another message explaining this among other things
Table requirements – how many, what size
Preferred day and time to run your game – multiple if you want to run it more than once
Alternate day and time to run your game – again, multiple if you want to run it more than once
The amount of time you need to set up
The amount of time you need to clean up
Any special requests or other information you think I need to know
