Shame GW stopped making figures for Necromunda but if you wanted to add female gangers to your Orlock band you could do worse than use these off Shapeways.

I had seen the Delaque ladies, Andoreth. Didn't realize he had Orlocks now too. They look good but the weapons are just different enough that it would bug me. I do have a spare Catachan Grendade Launcher lady, and Rocket Girl that I might re-purpose to ganger duty.

Wow. Thank you for the Shapeways posting.
The female Orlocks I suppose I think Michelle Rodriguez, but that shouldn't stop me from getting a set.
The Delaque are very nice but I'd like them a bit more….moving. Would fit the feel of the house.
Moving = stealthy, standing = visible.
