Fantastic stuff!

A comfortable and welcoming establishment that offers overnight accommodation and breakfast. Does that answer your question?

There's more castles per square mile in Wales than any other country in the world…..and still they couldn't keep us down!

When I was in Conwy one of the locals joked about now charging the English for tourist tat in the shops near the castles they built…

Of course not all the castles in Wales were built by the English – Dolbadarn, Dolwyddelan, Criccieth and of course Dinas Bran to mention only a few were built by the Welsh – and most of the rest were built by and for the Norman French overlords of the English.grin

Gwydion,

The Welsh (most notably Lord Rhys) also built some notable south Walian castles: Dryslwyn, Nanhyfer, Dinefwr, Cilgeran and Llandyfri, to name a few.

True.
That's the trouble with Gogs – one eyed!
I live in South Wales now but still…grin

I live in vain hope that wargamers might want to move to Pembs…
