I tried the painting services thread to find a 6mm Napoleonic figure painter in my area. I live in the Chicago area and was looking for some one either in Il. IN. or WI. and found that the painting thread has not be up dated for some time for none of the painters in those area's listed above do not paint 6mm any more. Any one know of an IL. area 6mm Napoleonic figure painter that they would recommend? Thank you for your help in advance.

May I ask why you want a painter in your area most painting services will post to any location worldwide, try posting in the painting service section on the general boards you should get a lot of responses there .

Good luck

Richard, I have a small order and overseas postage costs would be much more that the figure painting.

What are you looking to be painted? Frenchies? Austrians?

MarbotsChasseures, I have four (4) stands of Baccus British Sappers & Miners of four (4) figures each. One stand of British Royal Engineers of three (3) figures & a map table. Eight (8) stands of Baccus mounted Spanish Guerrillas of three mounted figures each. One mounted Spanish Guerrilla leader and one loose mounted Spanish Guerrilla and two (2) pack horses. That is the lot.

I wish I could help you but I seem not to be able to paint baccus miniatures well. I like they way they look, but just not as large as Adler which suits my painting style.

There has to be someone around who can paint for you in the USA. I am in Virginia and I am pretty sure for flat rate shipping it would cost you 5 dollars plus change for shipping.
