We are now releasing a 'family' of wagons in 28mm suitable for the period 1600 to 1800. The wagons are based on the sketches in Eduard Wagner's Book on Warfare 1618-48. The bodies are cast in resin and the shaft, packers, axles, wheels, horses are in metal. There are 8 variants which can be seen here: link They can be ordered now although they are not in the shop. Just email us. |

Very nicely done. The idea of a single bed with a selection of variations for the coverings and accessories is a smart way to go. Can get a lot of differences in a train of half a dozen wagons. Will be ordering soon. Thanks, Tom |

Hal – you may want to reach out to Le Roi Soleil miniatures here in the US – he reps for Warfare. Shipping from there is usually via standard USPS boxes. |

We haven't priced the wagons yet and they don't appear in the shop. They'll come with a team of 2 horses (metal). Price likely to be around the mark of current wagon £11.00 GBP ex shipping. Bob at Le Roi Soliel will be able to supply to North American customers. As far as usage is concerned you occasionally see similar vehicles on the road in some developing countries even now so I don't think using some of the variants in 19th century colonial settings. cheers |

Finally, finally, finally
got a sample of each new wagon painted and in the shop. Available now in limited quantities.. the range, based on the drawings in Eduard Wagner's book Weapons & Warfare 1618-48 will do fine up till the 1800s without too much argument. See them here link |
