Im looking for the some 15mm Winter War Finnish, I know of the FOW stuff and will probably pick some up, but they don't seem to make any miniatures carrying a Lahti Saloranta(at least not in winter gear), and I need these for the ruleset im using (RoE), can anyone direct me to any? UK stockists preferred |

Two Tin Soldiers used to do an excellent 15mm Finnish winter range supported by a scenario book suitable for company level games. They make up most of my force. Not sure though if they are still trading. Regards Alan |

If you are looking for particular weapon types rather than an entire force note that RR figures are exponentially bigger than the BF Finns.Alan |

thanks for the replies, I'll look more into resitanstroosters stuff, does anyone have any comparison shots with the FOW Finns? |

2Tin Soldier would been your top choice year or two back – sadly, AFAIK, not available anymore. BFs sculpt is good, but as you said, no LMG of anykind included, oddly enough.
I was going to use them as my 1980s winter-time cold-war local defence troops, until I discovered there was no support weapons present. Cant help you with comparision shots – I have seen few shots taken along older FoW sculpts, but not very recent ones. |
