So apart from the polemics around entry, blocked toilets and body odour, is there any news on new releases featured at Salute … I have seen the thread about the new Perry medievals but what else did those lucky enough to attend spot, see, come across, buy, drool over? You get the picture…
Thanks

Gripping Beast boxed plastic Arab infantry, Victrix boxed plastic Peltasts & Slingers, and Unarmoured Hoplites & Archers, Agema plastic Republican Roman legionaries.

Why won't someone do a box of plastic Italiotes though, every major player used them and they fought for themselves too!

Hi Chokidar just got back frow work so I don't know if its been mentioned in an earlier post but the big news for me was Warlord Games will be releasing the Arsenal Miniatures range late summer. Plus the Perrys foot knights looked very nice. ( there were no greens of the Arsenal Miniatures ).

I think I saw a post online showing some WW1 tanks at the Warlord stand…Is this the Arsenal stuff?

Hawk Games had new stuff for Drop Zone Commander, and a very impressive WIP starship for dropping stuff on planet.

Gripping Beast had those excellent plastic 'Arabs' and new metal Crusaders as well.Musketeer brought out a fab series of Late Roman Arthurian cavalry and infantry.
Jugula! was available (which I plainly forgot)
Biggest news for me was that Raiders from TooFatLardies was finally released.Yeah!
Curtneys had some really nice new Dark Ages figures of which I bought some.
Surely missed quite a few novelties but was too busy with other things.

The new Curteys Dark Ages figures do look very nice. I bought some and hope to get a review up on the blog in a couple of weeks when I have a moment.

What I spotted were forthcoming Black Powder supplements on the American Revolution and the Sudan and interesting medieval fantasy buildings from 4Ground.
