Thanks for the comments guys. The roofs are made from a felt product used by plumbers to lag pipes. The bamboo is from bamboo skewers that have been cut around with a blade and black ink brushed into the groove. The ink tends to collect in the groove and also bleed up and down the skewer. The wall mating was from a $3 USD shop. It was a plastic place mat.It was white in colour so I sprayed it black and then gave it a heavy drybrush of dark yellow.
