Earlier this year I purchased both S and O scale horses for my town of Calamity to see if they would work with the various minis that populate this wild west town.

Here are a couple of pictures of the comparison between just the two scales of horses.



The S scale horse is cast in pewter and the O scale horse is cast in resin.

Thanks for that. I've got some of the Aspen horses (with and without riders) and they are lovely models.

I thought that the Aspen pieces (stoves, furniture etc) would be great for detailing buildings.

I do use their other pieces. No one is going to notice the difference and they make some really nice stuff. So if you want to add that small detail to makes a scene really pop, Aspen Modeling is a great resource.
