I had a Painter 80 carousel and loved it. I had to switch to something more secure once son #1 started walking and grabbing. paintier.com |

Cheers guys, like the look of the Painter 80 but it's very expensive at £75.00 GBP here in the Uk, however thanks for the heads up on what's out there. I don't have a lot of space so Carousel will probably be the way to go. Forgot to mention it's for GW pots and Valejo acrylic pots, cheers |

I found mine in the kitchen department of the local mega store. Cost about $8 USD or so. I'm sure you can find something similar in the UK. |

I use a hinged spice rack that rotates down off of a shelf above my bench. Made by Rubbermaid, IIRC. Works well for me. Doug |

The least expensive option would be to build one out of cardboard, using either PVA, or Hot Glue (much faster). They are really a set of tiered shelves. I've seen several people make them out of cardboard. I am considering this venue myself, as my wire carousel rack holds the bottle sideways, so I cannot see the color, except through the bottom of the bottle's plastic. I would prefer to have them standing, in neat rows. Your mileage may vary. Cheers! |

I paint in oils, so a simple cardboard box about 6 x 6 by 8 works for me. The brushes sit in a re-used soup can, files and other tools in another soup can. I did wash out the soup first. I used to have all sorts of fancy gee-gaws for racks and holders and so forth. Didn't help my painting one bit. Was great at taking up space and falling apart at the worst time though. The only requirement I have is that the paint and brushes don't fall on the floor or get lost under other stuff I pile on the table. |
