I found this fantastic scratch-built model here, though I'm sure it was done to a different scale:

Here's another fine example, but with step by step photos: link QUESTIONS: 1) Has anyone here ever tried making such a structure (or something similar) for 15mm gaming?
2) If so, what floor plan did you follow, if any?
3) What materials did you use?
4) Did you encounter any specific challenges while building it?

PS. I can actually imagine someone using something like that for Farscape, Firefly and lots of other themes. |
