It seems that Thailand have bought some of these off the Ukranians. Looks to be based on the BTR-70 chassis.
Nice looking vehicle, with a bit of a sci if look to it. One for Khurusan maybe? Be nice to see a model in 15mm. |

Hi, The chassis actually is a BTR-80 IIRC. It has the large side doors for infantry dismount, and angled firing ports. The BTR-70 hull had smaller hatches and "flush" firing ports. Damon. |

Similar – we have the BTR-80A. I ought to make the new turret – that gun is quite distinctive. |
