Very Nice :D , I should have gotten a hold of one of those shuttles back when as well, oh well someday :{ |

Nicely done crew. You can still get the Star Trek shuttles for a decent price, and they look good with 15mm minis. |

Wow. I absolutely love what you did with those figures! link Dan |

Agreed Mako – there's a lot of good stuff out there in 1/100th or so:

I got myself one of the star Trek shuttles too. Could not say no to that. I have to admit the figures are not painted by me sadly. A mate did them. I just cannot get the detail that good any more. I had laser surgery that means I can see over 3 foot away as clear as a hawk and not blind as a bat as I was but where as I could pain the tattoos on the knuckles of a 28mm minotaur before its screwed me for painting 15mm with fine detail. Have to farm them out now. I can paint my GZG crusties and terrain with some specs on but the real detail is a lot harder now. So most of my 15mm stuff with great detail is by my mate Robert. |

Stealth: can you not use one of the big magnifier goggle things? I 'confess' I have to. I find the four different levels of magnification in two layers that flip in and out of the way) to be very useful. John T |

@ JT I have been thinking about one of them for a while. I need to go try one and see if it will work for me. Be great if it will. |

I got one of these, Stealth: link
For a tenner you really can't beat it. I have a weak one (number 2 of the four lenses in first) and I think number 3 second so that – if required – I can pull them both down. Works a treat. The LED light is a bit 'so what' but better than not having one! John T |

I'd show you a picture of me wearing mine (I am the 'mad scientist' joke of the household) but my secret shame is too great
But it means I can see the toys to paint thm, so
