I had an idea to do this cheaply by using 15mm mortals; it's morphed into a bit of a monster now, but I'm sticking ( for now ) with the Greek and Celtic pantheons.

The Greeks are well under way, figures by Xyston, Eureka and Bronze Age:

Athena, Chiron and two generic heroes, with 16 Hoplites, 4 Centaurs with bows and 8 Greek Archers ( slightly over 900points but painting a couple of extra characters and another god figure to go with these ) :

Took about 4 evenings to do a quick job on these – fiddliest bit was the shield transfers from LBMS, but worth it …

Took the liberty to correct the links for the pics of your fine minis :-).
So, are Chiron and Athena 25/28 mm miniatures?

Chiron is a 15/18mm Eureka mini, Athena comes from Bronze Age and is a large 28mm … nearer to 32mm

Very inspirational. Must resist… ;-)

Brilliant! I'll have to show these to my daughter since she's really big on the Percy Jackson series.

Very nice. We are putting together pics on the OGAM blog massimomoscarelli.it/ogam and I would like to repost these.

Does this mean I can use my 28mm figures as an "Army of the gods!" ;-) Given that most figures aren't to scale this is a great way use all shapes and sizes. "10mm" Dwarves maybe?

@ Ganesha, feel free :)

I'll try to do a few more when I finish my celts with a better background than my workstation :)
