Over at Altar of Freedom, we've posted a free scenario for Second Kernstown. It's a free PDF download, but for those more interested in the pictures and AAR, we have that covered, too! We played the battle as a true double blind, with two identical tables separated by a screen. Running these fog of war games always seems to produce unexpected results, and this scenario was no exception. link

Thanks, much enjoyed, especially interested in the small game board. |

I really appreciate your efforts here. Double blind games give a much more realistic FOG of War. Not knowing what is happening as an ominiscient being really lends to more tense and realist decisions. I used to run a number of WWII double blind games using modified Meine Panzer and IABSM and have always enjoyed them. Now I'm motivated to try and set up another game in the future
.. Yours looks incredible and straight forward. You seem to have pulled it off perfectly. I may puick up the rule set as I've been painting ACW in 6mm already and this sounds like a very straight forward way to run an "event game". Thanks again, Skipper |
