We're moving to Lititz 4/21 with bunches (20K) of miniatures in all time periods. Looking for fellow gamers. |

I used to live in Lititz, but moved two years ago to be closer to family and work etc. Great little town! The park is very nice. There's a great little coffee shop called Dosie Dough with lots of goodies. The pizza shop downtown across from the post office is really good. The best Chinese food in Lancaster is in the Giant/Target shopping center called Beijing Szechwan. Sometimes it smells like chocolate because of Wilbur being located there. Plus the Freeze and Frizz is a great place to go in the summer. There are at least four colorful characters (take that for what it is) that live and hang out there. There is a mentally handicapped guy who walks his dogs and sometimes rides a three wheeled contraption around. He often yells a lot at his dogs. There's a guy that rides his bike around really fast pretty much all the time and kind of sings to himself in a low volume. Then there's the old guy with the white beard who mumbles a lot. Oh, and the crazy cat lady. The park has really good fireworks on the 4th that you can watch from your house if you are close (don't brave the crowds or the traffic). There is a giant craft fair once a year that they shut the town down (close off the main streets-rt. 501). It's insane. The town is beautiful, especially around Christmas. I had great neighbors there and loved living there. I hated getting from there to anywhere else in Lancaster. It's a nice place to live all in all. |

Oh, and the best thing of all is easy access to the Host for the cons. Until they take them away from there that is

I just wanted to add that we have a club in York. It's a little bit of a drive for game nights, but I used to do it for five years, so it's not too bad. We used to game at the Comic Store West York location (for over a decade actually), but we recently moved to our own private location in York. It was just completed and still needs some tables and extra stuff to finish it up, but it is a great location. If you are interested in gaming with us, even occasionally, or would like to get involved in doing a project or event at the conventions (our club often gets its own room for running games at Fall In and Cold Wars), let us know. You can contact me at keith @ iron ivan games .com Our club nights are currently Monday nights at 5pm, but now that we have our own location, we can game any time people want to get together. We also have a Facebook group called Army Group York. Thanks! Keith |

I live in Harrisburg, PA. There are actually a lot of groups in and around the area. I have gamed with the guys in Reading and York. All great gamers and very welcoming. I just can't make it to their regular game nights given my work situation, so I usually join them when the have the occasional weekend foray. There is also a less formalized group that meets on Saturdays at the Adventurers Guild on Union Deposit In Harrisburg. They group plays FOW and board games. Best of luck to you but with 20k miniatures you should have no problem starting your own club/posse right there in lilitz. |

Our tables are set up, but empty. It will be a while before we get any troops/rulers/dice organized. Would anyone care to lug your own stuff and host a game here? We're retired, so every day is Saturday to us. Call us at 240 671 5425, or email at cleohanlon@yahoo.com Thanks, after packing for 3 months and now unpacking, we need a mental health break
