Has anyone heard anything about them in the last 6 months? I couldn't see them on their website, despite them promising them over a year ago.

AFAIK they are only offering prepainted 15 mm figures. I bought the Valley of Death board game with the Army of 500 figures deal on their Kickstarter. When I received it and counted up the figures, I felt I was about 100 short. I then discovered that they counted their precast bases as figures. The figures are OK, but I would have preferred a bit clearer of an explanation when I bought into it. My only advice is to read carefully their brigade box description. Their Army deal is two brigade boxes of Union and two brigade boxes of Confederates. All infantry units are 16 figures (4 to a stand) and the Union command stand only has one flag bearer. The pictures they show on their site are painted a bit better than what I received.

I'm not sure I'd ever buy these now, with the run around they've given people. Terrible work there.

The website contradicts with both 15th Aug & 15th Sept as start dates. Methinks there are ongoing problems as I've seen a lot of announcements but little output. Those 10mm figures seem to have disappeared.
