I have a box of 15mm figures languishing in my closet. Old age has caught up with me and I don't think I will be painting them. It is several hundred 15mm WWII figures German/Brit of various manufacture, mostly Old Glory, some Quality cast, Peter Pig, and a few Yucca. Should I try to separate them or just put the whole box on ebay as one lot? |

There's a chap on Bartertown looking for donations to his summer kids gaming camp. 15mm WWII. Maybe send him some, it's a feel good, pay it forward thing. Otherwise, break them into lots. They will sell better that way. That has always worked for me. |

Yucca? Did I just age myself?

Separate lots is the way to go. I have bought job lots off EBay in the past and then taken the time to organise into units or similar types of figures. Always made a decent profit that way , as well as getting some armies of my own for low cost. |

If you are going to sell them on ebay it would be best to organise them into platoon sized lots. Put FOW in the listing title. |

One thought I have is a sale I saw at Cold Wars (Lancaster, PA – USA) in March. A gentleman had bagged up figures in fireteams and squads. His offerings were painted but this would work out for people looking for just a few figures to flesh out a unit. Thought two: I agree with the post concerning the FOW listings. Much of what you see on ebay is set up that way. If you have some, you could add in some appropriately sized bases to further entice buyers. I don't game or base in the FOW fashion so it does not appeal to me but who am I to know? |

I sold off my 15mm WW2 at HAVOC last month. After a previously non successful attempt to do so I rebased them all FoW style and sold them in platoons worth. They were gone in an hour. I also sell really low, I know I'll never get back what I paid. I was selling for 10 bucks a platoon, fully painted and based to a wargame standard. |
