Who, currently, is the proper contact for discussing the possibility of starting a new chapter? Tried an email through the HMGS website but received no reply. Thanks. |

A good question! Since there is no longer a "sanctioning" system really in place, I'm not sure anybody knows! HMGS, inc. (formerly East) has the trademark and such, so that's where you'd need to get the ability to use "HMGS", so I'd start there. |

Why do you want to start a chapter of HMGS? Why not just start a group of your own? We have had two or three HMGS chapters start up out here in the west and I think only the LA one is still going though I am not sure about the Northwest. Except politics I am not sure of the draw.?? If you organize a great Con. Use good PR. Have Trade support, then it seems that is the same. I attend the HMGS East Cons because they are the biggest and best. I have not been to Enfilade in the Pacific NW but it has a great rep. Just thinkin' Clif |
