This seems to be ideally suited for Pulp Girl.

The film can be picked up at Walmart. The film and story are pulp, Adele is more of an Indiana Jones character that is not phased by much around her and uses it much like Nanny McPhee.

Odd coincidence, I picked up a copy last week. Have not watched it yet but I had seen the trailer.

Netflix has it, but I can't deal with sub-titles anymore!

Love the bande-dessinee….excellent stories! Always thought they'd be good for gaming.

The copy that I purchased at Walmart was in English. The problem with Netflix is that you never seem to get the English version.

The first two albums have been published in English by Fantagraphics:

Pulp Girl is pulp era. I think the Edwardian costumes and fantasy situations would be more for the steam punk crowd. Or maybe Victorian era gamers.

I love this movie and recommend it to all my friends. I find the dubbed English of the Adele character a trifle annoying but otherwise it's a total delight. Looks gorgeous and moves right along on waves of goofy action.

Fun movie and you really need to hear her in French evil grin

Nice mix of characters and events

I actually do love this movie. Dad and I bought it awhile back. We really love how the mummies look in this movie and based our painting off of them.

Love this movie, one of my favourits ( being a steampunk fan) I have it on DVD but I dont mind the subtitles, I got used to this as I watch a lot of foreign language films. I have to agree with Saber6 I would must rather listen to her in her native French
