Not a single figure painted since January 1st means I've effectively lost a quarter of my year. So I felt I should roll for morale, needing a score above 25% to carry on. Of course I threw a 13, which in my understanding means I have to retire immediately and await reinforcements, in the shape of more figures. When I submitted this to my boss however, he said I should just carry on, as rolling to retire was for veterans over 60 only. Which interpretation of the rules is correct? |

Unfortunately, geography is not on your side. If you live in the Nordic belt, a 13 is always lucky. However, living next to the Frenchies makes rolling 13 a very bad thing. Anyway, enough grumbling in the ranks. Sort out your dressing and crack on! |

If you draw a "speed painting" card you can catch up. Otherwise, withdraw out of range and await orders. |

The dice were cocked. Re-roll. |

Normally I would say that it is your game so you should use your interpretation. However, clearly you are at an impasse. Maybe you should let the dice decide? |

The rules clearly state that you need to roll one D10 and that you pass morale on any roll of 2 or higher. |

I haven't painted a figure since December '13. I will not paint another figure until the end of the month. Last year I managed to paint 1,000 10mm's in 7 months so my morale remains +1. |

I painted a handful, but since winter set in, I've been unable to go outside and prime anything. We had one sunny, non-breezy day that hit 40, I believe, so i was able to prime a couple hundred ancient Celt-types. Here in a week or so the weather should be warm enough to go outside and prime some more. |

I think they cover that in the supplement |
