Is there any news about Wargames Factory's pre-painted 15mm WW2 infantry?

Not that I have heard. My understanding is that they haven't been able to do the level of quality at the price point they want. I think the prepaints were shown at GenCon about a year and a half ago.

Also, WGF has been producing a lot of things for other companies, and it has put a lot of their own projects on the backburner (and to their disadvantage). They have some really cool stuff in their project pipeline though and the 'six new sets' announcement should be coming shortly.

That's exciting to hear. WGF has had so much drama/difficulty, etc., but I've enjoyed working on some of their figures thanks to the ease of using them for conversions.

I'm having a blast converting their WSS infantry line.

The only difficulty I've seen over the last two years is that WGF took on too many partnerships :) They're producing for four Kickstarters I think, plus Wyrd's plastics.

I'd have expected more drama because of delays but the quality has been so good on the Dreamforge stuff that people are giving them some slack.

I bought the Kingdom Death pinups and even though I might not paint them the production quality is insane. They're amazingly detailed and crisp. The Phoenix may not be everyone's style but the engineering on that thing is just crazy.

Can't wait to see how the new sets are received.
