I think it is an organ, not a smoke discharger. If you look inside, there are a bunch of organ keys. It's nicely done, but silly in the way GW has increasingly jumped the shark onto a land if self-parody. |

I hate the model this is inspired from. It's one of the worst GW/Citadel ever designed.
