I have just finished a Later Mycenean army and thought it might be useful, to anyone else thinking about, it to provide a link to the Wessex Wargames Society website where I have been chronicling my efforts.
In short, if you want to do this army in 15mm I would highly recommend Old Glory's range which is definitely Later Mycenean rather than the early or Minoan period that most 15mm ranges cover.

Anyway here's the camp I finished the army with and hopefully the link if I have got the technology right!

Inspiring stuff Vespasian28 … I have a whole bundle of those Chariot Myceneans half finished and waiting for a bit of a shunt towards the front of the desk …

thumbs up!

Vespasian28, I really like the way those figures turned out. The color balance is excellent, and the sandy looking bases set them off well. I also was wondering where the rams were on your ships, until I read the section on the camp. :-)

Decent lot! Good solid looking job.

I just have to decide what to do with the Mycenean chariot and crew that came in a lot of misc figures…

That and a handful of 25mm Romans that I haven't determined 'parentage' for yet. Two piece castings, kneeling figure.

Not sure what Phil our webmaster did with older threads when we changed over the summer, so sadly Paul's excellent chronicle may be no more

Managed to find parts of the article on the PC and cobbled together the rest from memory Phil.
Webmaster Phil has now supplied a link so here goes:
