Zencart is free and probably not any more complicated then most. You'll need a processing service. If you have less then like 20 items and no intention of running sales with coupon codes then I'd just use paypal. Heck my site is still run on it. I'm transition to a new version of the site but it's taking a bit. Setup add to cart buttons. Shipping can get complex. for instance, we can't offer options for priority or first class but we can select first class for international based on price (or weight) and a flat priority mail option for us. We can't however bump just international shipping a bit on strictly international orders and that is annoying. |

I use Ecwid: ecwid.com It has free and paying plans. It's not perfect but it works well, is easy to set up and it doesn't send you to the poor house when you need a paying plan like I did. :-) Fons mmps.asia |

woocommerce. Free for the basic kit and you can then strap on a shipping plugin from them if you want more options. |

I use woocommerce as well, for my site and for a few other hobby sites. |
