This is one convention I don't attend for reasons I won't go into although there are some games I would enjoy playing but I'll wait for Kublacon. |

Day one of con was a good one, all the historical games had plenty of players. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Looking forward to two more days of some good games – and not just the ones I will play in. And to those who avoid, well, maybe it is your loss. Hope it is not our gain. I don't imagine there is a 'perfect' convention or a 'perfect' staff of a convention. There is always going to be someone who doesn't get everything desired or needed. Especially in this little hobby that has a certain element of the eccentric, for certain sure. But as Clif, a fine gentleman, says, its about having fun and the camaraderie. I sign up for the the fun and the folks I enjoy and leave that other stuff to the other stuffs. |

Well, day two was better than day one. Another day of crowded historical miniatures gaming. Looked like all the other games were well attended as well. I'll be back tomorrow for more. |
