I can't help with a recommendation over there, but I can give you one to avoid like the plague:

Battlegrounds-Wargaming out of Canada. I backed his Crowdsource project in June last year and have just had to resort to Police action in a (probably vain)attempt to get my figures and money back. Also some questions coming up on his FB page about him posting pictures of other painters work and claiming it as his own.
As I say, avoid the scumbag at all costs.

For what it's worth Outlawdog I have been pretty happy with the work Fernando has done for me over the years. Recently it seems like their turnaround has improved. My last order was less than 90 days from shipping in the USA to getting them back in my hands.
