Hi Guys a review of the Zombiecide and Wargames factory plastic figs on my blog.

Great insights to the Wargames Factory survivors. I enjoyed the points you raised on poses and the need for "a lot of survivors".

I like the WF survivors, you can modify the arms and poses easily with a craft knife and glue!

The Zombiecide ones are amusing, but a bit too Manga/anime style for me.

Go with what you like as always tho' – horses for courses!

I would really prefer if Wargames Factory had a mixed box of male and female survivors (15 each) and mixed box of Zombies as well. I understand they want to sell more, but you can also make more on margin if you up the price a bit and add variety. I have some of the male and female zombies but I chose not to invest in the survivors for the reasons in the blog as well as the variety. I have a lot of different makes of Zombies and survivors, but WF would do well to satisfy new gamers with some variety.

Neat review.

I own a box each of the male and female survivors, and found the bits potential for them alone worth the price of entry. The fact that I had a bunch of WWII bits from my box of germans and US soldiers just made for more variety.

I'm using them for second-stringer NPC types, although I'm looking at building up to a massive "convention" zombie game with all my Zombicide (i backed seasons 1 & 2 and will likely back season 3) and WGF zombies (I have probably 5 boxes worth painted up) in a massive city (2-3 4x6 tables worth of coverage) with multiple bands of survivors and a "revolving door" spawning system to rapidly generate new survivors as the old ones fall

"Ok, your police officer fell… here's a (draws a card) 8 year old girl with a 38 snub revolver"

Hope to have it done in time for one of the HMGS shows next year

There is also the situation of multiple survivor groups battling it out whilst contending with the Zeeks (ala Governor scenario).
You might need lots of survivors for that situation.
