Interesting, I think you should add light machineguns, at least for the regulars. The imperial guard had them, they used a swedish model (I don't remember its name). Other regulars could have less, the fact is that, except for the guard, weapons varied widely between units, time and sectors.
Almost everyone carried its traditional curved sword even if armed with modern weapons, some even the shield. By this time units armed only with hand-to-hand weapons should very rare, only the poorest of the local levies. The ethiopians had mostly firearms already in 1896.
I remember reading about an old Ras who had fought at Adowa and died in 1936 during an ambush on an italian convoy, he carried a submachinegun.
