I´ve painted an Ent for my LOTR in 10mm project. It was not in my plans, it doesn´t fit as an ally of an Gondor army… But it's a AMAZING figure! I think this Splintered Light Miniatures (15mm) figure is the best tree man model I've ever seen.

Cool. I'm going to have to pick a couple of them up for my ent army. I mostly used the OOP 28mm GW dryads with some added tree armature pieces. He would fit in very well.

Superb work. I saw this fig at Nashcon last year, and was a bit put out with David for not having them sooner, 'cause I had already purchased four of Eureka's Wood Trolls. Okay, not really put out, as the wood trolls are quite nice, too, but the Splintered Light fig is definitely awesome.
