Has anyone here built the late production Tiger I in 1/72nd scale? Have trouble with the road wheels lining up and I'm a very experienced modeler. I tried googling reviews but have not been able to find anything helpful.

Any input and or shared experiences would be helpful.

Yes fozzybear, and for some reason the back wheel on both sides are very weak where they join the body. Horrible rubber tracks on this kit too, if I remember right. Two fairly hefty books, or similar straight items, one either side, helped keep all wheels in line whilst glue was drying. The final kit is worth the effort all the same. The later kits of the earlier vehicle are a lot better and they have DS tracks. Hope this helps.

it seems the rear idlers stick out too far …. or i pushed the initial road wheels in too much … but it looks as the instructions (questionable though they are) show it ..
the last set of outter road wheels wont sit flush

Ditto, .. yes .. appears difficult to join … if you could ask it would be very appreciated …

Tim is right, that is probably the best place to ask and yes Network 54 is a royal pain.

Hopefully he can get an answer for you…
