Looks like a fun game. Your comment "this is not optimised for Bolt Action but is the historical composition of a Para rifle squad" is a really depressing comment on the state of wargaming generally. It is great to see you taking the historical option. |

I agree Tin Soldier Man, and that's why my mates and I are moving to the more Historically based Chain of Command where real ORBATs are the only option for your core platoon |

Good stuff Paul. A pleasant distraction from the regular frustration of insomnia :) Like yourself and Tin Soldier I make my BA forces up as realistically as I can, usually relying on CoC to give me guidelines. It's the opposite of powergaming but I'm really enjoying it; even when routinely putting two (underpowered and overpriced) lmg's into each squad. |
