Dear All, The Wollongong Wargamers played a game of Blitzkreig Commander at 1/300th scale last night
The Russians were shocked, confused, and bloody minded
The Germans were fast, furious and had their SH*** together
As always your gallant war correspondent Kaptain Kobold recorded the action, in between leading Kampfgruppe Kobold: link |

Yes we did – the players, well one of them at least, gets very frustrated with failed orders activation. So for this game we allowed German players to reroll a first failed activation, the Russian players to still conduct a single firing action on a failed activation, provided they hadn't already opportunity fired. Seemed to work ok. As you can imagine a historical scenario for Day 2 Barbarossa is going to be a bit frustrating for the Russian team
