I just received a 10mm Japanese Samurai castle made by Castle Arts in Italy. It is magnificent. The castle requires some simple assembly. It is made of resin and some pieces have a bit of flash that needs to be trimmed, but nothing major. The web site is in Italian and is therefore a bit difficult to navigate by non-speakers like me, but if you send an email to Alessandro Parrini at info@castlearts.it with a list of item codes taken from the website he will make sure you get what you want. I live in the USA and the package arrived two days after it was mailed from Rome.

Although the castle is 10mm scale, in my opinion you can use it easily for 15mm figures. Those fanatical about scale can simply raise the walls a few millimeters with thin strips of balsa or foam board. But for me, I do not think this is necessary. I took an unbased 15mm Old Glory ashigaru figure firing a musket and placed it up against a wall with a firing port. The musket fit neatly into the firing port.

I understand Castle arts plans to release more pieces in the future.

Highly recommended for quality of casting and fast, friendly service!

How oversized would it look with 6mm figs?

Including the foundation base, the wall is about 2 inches tall.

Hmmm, so about 50 scale feet. That would be a BIG wall. Oh well, the Irregular Japanese castle bits are actually pretty nicely done.
