I just came back from a successful visit to Coldwars 2014 held in Lancaster PA. Please check out my blog for photos of the convention.

Nice photos. The second Alamo game shown is really 15/18mm Blue Moon.

Thanks for posting.

Thanks Tom. We're you involved in that game?

Terry;
The WW1 game was put on by Bob Kerstetter from the Gettysburg Area Gamers. We've played his game a couple of times. His stuff is great.

The first pic is Rich Hasenauer's game, Fox Gap, 15mm Regimental Fire and Fury. It was a great game that went to the wire!

The 2nd Alamo game was mine, BLOODY DAWN rules for Blue Moon 15mm.

The Zombie game was run by myself and 2 friends. 775 28mm Zombies. We had fun running it and the players seemed to enjoy themselves.

Terry,
It was great to see you at the show and have you come on down! I hope you guys will be able to make the Fall-In! trip along with Gordon.

Great pictures, Terry. Thanks for sharing.

I saw plenty of license plates from Ontario in the Host parking lot on Friday. Clearly, Cold Wars is spring break for some in Canada. Thanks for making the drive. The Canadians I've met at conventions over the years have been some of the best gamers (and people) you would ever want to meet.

Now just start a convention in Montreal (preferably in the summer or fall) to give some of us an excuse to make the trip.

As a Canadian, thanks for the kind words. These conventions are one of the highlights of the year.

I agree, one of my favorite cities. One of the best times to be there is during the Les Festival des Bieres du Monde:

It's at the same time as Historicon. Won't be a problem moving Historicon a little bit farther up north, would it?
