How to search blogs is something I have been wondering about myself.

There are a load of photos comparing Dark Age figures from different manufacturers here, for a start…..

In the Dark Ages, I think Vikings used livejournal for blogs.

And silliness aside, that's a great link, Cerdic. Love the comparisons against the thematic terrain piece.

Nancy Marie Brown's God of Wednesday isn't a wargaming blog, but is chock-full of history, horses, and Iceland. I recommend it highly.

Not solely about vikings but my last 4 posts have been about my 15mm viking & saxon project. Mostly just gallery photos.

There is also a post about by 13th warrior project further back in the archives.

If you're up for some non-wargame podcasts, check out "Saga Thing."

sagathingpodcast.wordpress.com

This is a very entertaining, engaging podcast about the Icelandic sagas. Even though it isn't about wargaming per se, it is a great, fun look at the historical background and source material.

I spent most of 2013 painting, playing and posting on SAGA and the Dark Ages in my blog. Whenr I paint a faction, I discuss the history of the faction as well as a bit on the battleboards and strategy.

All 44 of my SAGA posts are rolled up here..

I've also sorted them by faction. I was aiming for the "paint 9 and get the 10th faction free" card. ;-)
