Hi all, who makes the best ACW flags in 15mm, I would prefer U.K manufacturers as trans Atlantic shipping makes things very expensive. Thanks in advance for any help, all the best

Grimsby Wargames Society do excellent free ACW flags currently they are doing an appeal for Combat Stress and so do not have them on the website. If you email malcjohnston5@aol.co.uk he will send them to you gratis. If you like them I dare say a donation to the appeal would be appreciated. |

While parts of our web site are having issues(curse you hostgator!), you can still access our flags and shipping on paper flags usually only runs about $2.00 USD, unless you want it sent express. Dave link |

My flags are downloadable, so being in the UK is not an issue. I have a wide range of U. S. headquarters flags, as well as generic US National, US regimental, and Confederate battle flags. link |

GMB flags are undoubtedly the best. They are pricey, but in my opinion worth every cent.

I'll second maverick – the graphics and printed quality is top class and you can have them sized to fit your flagpoles perfectly!Well worth a look. |

ScoMac has a tutorial on how he painted the Union troops on the bottom in the next issue of ACW Gamer. |

I paint my own on tissue paper. It sounds horribly daunting but it really isn't very hard and is radically faster than painting a 15mm figure. link Cheers, The Bandit |
