I got an email from Jon at GZG on Monday that my order was complete and shipped. It was waiting for me tonight when I got home. 5 days from England to Seattle. That's as fast as most of the U.S. shippers. |

Amazon and other shipping companies need to take lessons from Jon at GZG. lol |

Yes, his shipping is amazing. I got an email at 8:30am saying he was waiting for the shipper to arrive. The next day in central Illinois, I received the package at 9:12am!!!!! That to me, is astounding. He actually told me that this happens sometimes in some areas of the states. |

If he gets any faster, our shipments will arrive before we order them, |

About eight to ten days to get halfway around for me . . . I'm always in awe. |

he must run shop right next to a large post office that directly transfers to airmail or something like that. there's no way any of his packages even go through one distribution center and make it to the US in that kind of time. he must have a very convenient location. |

How did your package not sit in customs? I've ordered a bunch of stuff from UK in the last few weeks and it always arrives in New York within a day or two and then sits there for a week or four before coming to Florida. |

I dunno how he does it either. I don't see the packages quite as fast as some of you all, since the boxes arrive at my private box in town, and I don't check it every day. But he's as fast as a good domestic shipper. :) |

If he gets any faster, our shipments will arrive before we order them, Been awhile since I ordered, but about a week was the average; I was gonna say 'Improved? He got the precognition circuit running?' For those who've not noticed, this is to BFE USA, too. Doug |

I was only just saying to my mate last week how impressed I was with GZG delivery. I placed my first order with them last Monday, figures were on the door mate Wednesday (UK delivery) I've since placed another order and recieved it in exactly the same amount of time. Best mail order service of any figure company I have used so far |

Back in the day of pie and mash shops, you gave your order and one person would be making it up so it was on the counter when you paid. Jon's service is only marginally faster. |

GZG are amazing. consistently super-fast service and delivery. I live outside thge uk and always get my orders just a few days after ordering them. They should get some kind of award for service like that! The only comparable experience I've had is from Space Vixens from Mars – I placed my order and moments later had an email from Gary at SVFM saying it was in the post, and it arrived two days later. Awesome. |

under 48 hrs from ordering to delivery – ordered 2 starter fleets for Full Thrust and as the battlecruiser moulds are wearing they sent battleships instead – top service |

Note that he's shutting down on processing and shipping orders for about a week while he reorganizes his casting operation: shop.groundzerogames.co.uk |

Piemanal, which faction did that happen with? |

Piemanal, which faction did that happen with? Cheeky monkey! ;->= Rich et al, I'm assuming the only reason you beat me is that the lady of the house is home sick, I have to give care, and so missed the note on my work addie. Makes up for the sale notice I scooped you on! Doug |
