Unfortunately overlooked by the mainstream manufacturers. As Jurgen noted the Hobby Master company produces several Hellcats in different markings. They are fine models, but are not cheap ! Otherwise the choice as remarked is limited @ the moment. Hopefully the PSC will produce a model in the not too distant future. If it is not already marked as a future release ? |

Milicast do a 1/76 version, I think mms also. There's an armourfast m36. The turrets aren't like massively different between m36 and m10 and you could stick a smaller barrel on, simulate the canvas cover often seen on them to cover up differences on the mantlet. Hang bedding and baggage off the turret sides to conceal the fact the turret is "wrong". I don't think there's any detail inside the turret on armourfast. Td were separate units to regular armour so there'll be no other allied armour to make the scale difference obvious and I personally would spend the money on milicast. I've not seen the s&s version though. |

Ooops. Forget the Armourfast conversion stuff. I got my tds mixed up somewhere in me head. Just get the milicast or S&S. It's something like 5mil difference between 1/72 and 1/76. You're unlikely to notice it unless you have the different scales same vehicle right next to each other. |
