Sho, Excellent job on these. I still haven't had a chance to paint any of your Murats up yet. I will try to post images when I do. John |

These look nice . Has anyone used paypal for ordering from Uk ? Cheers Losh |
VonBlucher | 29 Aug 2014 10:41 a.m. PST |
Losh, I purchased the Murats from Sho utilizing PayPal last year but I'm in the States. Don't know if that helps, but I think Paul (Paulalba) purchased with Paypal also. John |
von Winterfeldt | 29 Aug 2014 11:26 a.m. PST |
You can use SEPA bank account, go to the bank if you are UK this should be no problem, you will get from Sho a pro forma bill and then you use bank transfer with SEPA – IBAN etc. it works well. I did order twice with this from Sho, no problems whatsowever |
paulalba | 29 Aug 2014 3:00 p.m. PST |
Yip I purchased with PayPal to John, LOSH. Very smooth. I believe Sho sent me a PayPal invoice as I wanted a slightly different make up of troops to the norm. Sho can you drop me an email as I would like to discuss another order. You can get me at paulalba2004(at) yahoo.co.uk Cheers Paul |
Sho Boki | 30 Aug 2014 11:08 a.m. PST |
Maldini1966.. yes, most of my buyers are from UK and US and all use PayPal. Simple Bank transfer (alongside SEPA) are also available, but costly. |

Seems so that one renewed infantry trooper (second from left) lost his new sword during moulding and are now swordless.. :-( |

Maybe the sword is still in the mould – and by that it isn't cast?? |
Sho Boki | 02 Sep 2014 12:09 a.m. PST |
No, mould and mastermodels have different colors. But unfortunately in this time I used new plasticine (with exactly the same color as mastermodels) for mould matrix. Cleaning the models after making first half of mould was painful.. was difficult to understand, where is model and where is plasticine. |

I got my generals from Sho last week. They look great and arrived in about 10 days from Estonia to Australia. Used Paypal – no problem at all. |

Some addition for previous sets.. |
von Winterfeldt | 06 Nov 2014 6:23 a.m. PST |
great sculpting as usual, still two points of overservation – legth of arm, in my view a bit too long, in case the fingers would be tretched, almost to the knee – and on the other hand the legs too short – size of cartridge pouch – maybe too small as well and is sitting a bit too high – compare for example to shooting Bavarian infantry of AB |

Since the mounted officers are sold without horses and Eureka USA does not carry/sell the AB horses individually, what are USA consumers using to mount these generals? Help, please! Thanks in advance! |
Sho Boki | 30 Nov 2014 3:45 a.m. PST |
Really?! I did not know this. I supposed that AB horses are available everywhere. This means, that I must hurry up my own horse production. P.S. I checked. Eureka USA sell horses individually.. but they are sold out. eurekaminusa.com/collections/ab-18mm-horses |
von Winterfeldt | 30 Nov 2014 4:23 a.m. PST |
Alternativly one can order them without problems directly by Eureka or Fighting 15 Otherwise – yes good idea Sho |
rmcaras | 01 Dec 2014 8:46 a.m. PST |
Sho, I inquired about the " no stock" to Rob Walters. His response was he did not sell them as singles unless a special request from a repeat customer. So where are USA customers getting their horses? Sent from my iPad |
Sho Boki | 01 Dec 2014 9:44 a.m. PST |
Yes, this is serious problem. But if Eureka USA don't want earn money, we cannot force them. I see 3 options. 1) as von Winterfeldt says – if Rob Walters don't sell, one can buy from Ian Marsh (Fighting 15s) or directly from Eureka. 2) I may buy from Ian Marsh and resell. But this is not very correct way, I think. 3) I produce my own horses. But these may be not so good as AB ones and will be definitely more expensive. Because I use not cheap metal (I know companies, who sell figures cheaper than the cost of metal in my figures) and limits of PayPal forces me bond the price with weight. I feel, that my duty is to go by third way.. After month the first horses will be on sale.

thanks for your thoughts; I was hoping to not to have to purchase them from around the world, when a seller is right here in the USA. Sooooo, I did my due diligence and asked Eureka USA if they would sell to me [and just what the criteria was for a "repeat" customer, since I have usually purchased from them at the HMGS conventions]. I am happy to report he has agreed to take an order. Now, I just need to figure if light or heavy cavalry horses work best? I believe I want mostly walking/standing poses for the first two sets of Russian Generals; maybe galloping for Murat? |
Sho Boki | 01 Dec 2014 5:53 p.m. PST |
There are special officers horses too, they suit for generals. On the bottom of page.. 3 and 4 from left.. boki.ee/AB_15mm/AB_Miniatures/AB_Horses/AB_Horse.htm ..but I don't find them on AB catalogue of Eureka. May be the standing or trotting heavies? For Murats fits galloping light horses. |
rmcaras | 01 Dec 2014 9:45 p.m. PST |
thanks Sho, I sent my order in to you. I now wil order a couple dozen horses [you have more generals in the pipeline I see]. Galloping light horses for Murat. Walking/Standing heavies for the Generals? Is that what you use? |
